Six teams were recently recognized as winners of the prestigious Construction and Forestry (C&F) Division Presidents Award in a ceremony at John Deere’s Worldwide Headquarters in Moline IL. This award recognizes teams that have made significant contributions to the achievement of the Division’s business objectives.

Projects are evaluated by their overall contribution to the C&F Division Strategy and Vital Few, as well as their impact on improving operating performance, growing the business, and building highly aligned high performance teamwork.

The winning teams and their projects will serve as the C&F Division’s nominees for the enterprise Chairman and CEO awards. 
 
Nortrax Machine Monitoring 
 
Nortrax Machine Monitoring delivers PROACTIVE versus REACTIVE customer support that drives Productivity, Uptime and Lowers Daily Operating Costs for our customers. We are driving customer satisfaction through the use of technology distinguishing Deere and Nortrax as innovation leaders in the industry. In an industry where machine differentiation is becoming more difficult, our Worksight Group and Machine Monitoring Teams are creating a competitive advantage for John Deere and Nortrax. 
 
By PRO-ACTIVELY managing the machine alerts, the Nortrax Machine Monitoring Specialists team up with our field based Product Support Technology Representatives to deliver Machine Health Prescriptions (MHPs) to our customers to ensure their Deere equipment is productive, with industry leading uptime and low daily operating costs. 
 
The MHP takes the massive amounts of data and translates it into language that a customer understands and can see how it will benefit their equipment and their company’s bottom line. All delivered by our boots-on-the-ground Product Support Technology Representatives. We’re using technology, data, and traditional people-to-people relationship building to grow customer loyalty.
