How do I get started?
Click the “Career Opportunities” link located on the careers page to search job opportunities (ensure you are using the correct browser requirements: IE9 AND UP, CROME, SAFARI OR FIREFOX).
Once you have selected an opportunity you wish to apply for, you will be prompted to create a profile. You will need to provide:
- Contact Information
*** Don’t see the right opening but want to be considered for future openings? Create a profile and add it to our searchable database.
*** All other boxes are optional however, the more information provided, the easier it is for our recruiters to connect you with an opportunity.
After you apply
- You will receive an email confirmation and link to complete the Nortrax questionnaire
- Our recruiters will review your profile
- A recruiter will contact you directly when your background meets our hiring needs

Q: Will I receive a phone call from the recruiter once my application is received?
A: The email confirmation you receive indicates that your application has successfully been submitted to our recruiters. You will not receive a separate phone call unless you will be moving forward in the hiring process with a phone interview.
Q: What is the interview process at Nortrax?
A: The interview process may vary depending on which store/position you have applied for. Typically, the interview process will begin with a phone interview by a recruiter followed by a panel interview, one on one interview with the hiring manager or both of these.
